Assisted Living

Golden Pond is much more than a typical housing development for seniors. Golden Pond's programs and services are designed specifically for individuals who live independently but may require some assistance with their daily care to maintain that independence.

Independent Living

Golden Pond's Independent Lifestyle is for seniors who are able to live on their own in an apartment or house, but who want the conveniences of living within a community that provides services and amenities such as maintenance, housekeeping, social activities, dining, transportation, security, or the option of assistance with daily tasks or medical care if they ever need it later on.

Behavioral Health

Golden Pond offers a special care unit for seniors with mental, emotional and physical needs that are best met in a secured, structured setting. The program is based on a multi-modal treatment approach that reflects the needs of this specific resident population.

Memory Care

Country View is in a small separate neighborhood providing a safe, pleasant and comfortable setting. All units on Country View are upscale in design, offering granite counter tops, ample square footage and large windows that create a plush feel. Daily activities encourage resident engagement.

As the first free-standing assisted living facility in New England, Golden Pond provided a unique approach to caring for seniors. Golden Pond opened to provide a better way to care for aging members of society who needed some support with daily living but did not need long-term institutional placement.

Throughout the years Golden Pond has kept to the vision of providing residential alternatives for seniors who may otherwise need nursing home level of care. This is evident in the development of the Geriatric Psychiatric Program, Diabetic Management Program, and Memory Care Programs developed by Golden Pond. Golden Pond offers an affordable assisted living option, with a variety of floor plans in a comfortable setting.
