Glendale Senior Dining hosts a monthly cooking demonstration. In this session, Dining Director Larry and Chef Nate fried vegetables. They provided our residents with details on the preparation, the ingredients and the cooking process. Best of all, the wonderful aromas and everyone gets to sample. Mmmmm, scrumptious!
