Pan Seared Scallops & Lemon Risotto

Anyone in the mood for tasty, pan seared scallops placed over perfectly prepared lemon risotto? A group of our residents certainly were. So they joined Chef Nate Pantaleo of Glendale Dining Services as he hosted the monthly Golden Pond cooking class. The group enjoyed all the alluring aromas as they sat close to the prep and cooking action. And Chef Nate treated them to a thorough, step-by-step explanation of the process and tales of his experiences. And best of all, they got to sample the results. Oh, so tasty!
