Virtual Yoga Class

Yoga is a fabulous discipline for our residents to practice. Going back 5,000 years, it combines physical exercises, mental meditation and controlled breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles and relieve stress. Prior to the Covid-19 crisis, we had onsite yoga classes. We recently conducted our first virtual yoga class with the instruction of Kerri Lyford. And residents were happy to go back to their favorite poses.
